Chef Kareen “Coco” Linton is the First Female NEWCHEF Elite!
With an extensive career in entertainment fashion, the kitchen and culinary education, Chef Coco has established herself as a member of various organizations including Disciples d’ Escoffier International USA, American Culinary Federation, ACF, and Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Most recently, she was invited to sit on the global Advisory Board for the Gleam Network. Chef Coco also is the Southeast Regional Representative for the American Culinary Federation Chef and Child Foundation, and she also sits on the Board of Directors for Chef and Child for the ACF Tampa Chapter. She also devotes herself as an educator at Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts online.
You could assume that her achievement plate is full, however, she uses a passion bucket to continue her endeavors in the culinary world. Some of these ventures include being the founder and CEO of A Dash of Coco LLC. her publishing and production company for her book, content creation and as an international certified speaker. She has also founded and is developing The Coco Foundation Inc., a nonprofit where she has partnered with Meacham Urban Farm and the Tampa Housing Authority in downtown Tampa. She uses food as a vehicle to teach the children and build a greater connection within the community and city.
Chef Coco also designed and teamed up with NEWCHEF Inc and created the Coco Collection brand of chef jackets. Stay tuned!
